《中国电子商情》杂志创刊于1995年。是由中华人民共和国工业和信息化部主管，中国电子器材总公司主办。是中国大陆最早得到新闻出版总署正式批准的电子元器件行业杂志。

《中国电子商情》依托工业和信息化部和中电器材总公司、以及中国最权威的电子行业专业展览会—中国电子展（CEF）--的组织者，中电会展与信息传播有限公司强大的行业资源，经过十几年的积淀和发展，《中国电子商情》与广大的电子元器件制造商和电子产品设计制造商建立了密切的联系。
